Every car enthusiast knows the thrill of tracking down a rare part — and the heartbreak of realizing it’s too rusted, gunked up, or corroded to use. You didn’t come this far to throw in the towel.
At Laser Clean Pros, we help car lovers like you restore original steel and aluminum parts with cutting-edge laser cleaning technology.
Laser cleaning is non-abrasive, chemical-free, and tough on rust, grease, and years of grime — without harming the metal itself.
We’ve built our service around what matters to you:

Most projects involve cleaning rust off of steel and aluminum parts, but we also remove a number of other surface contaminants. Examples include: grease, grim, dirt, corrosion, paint, protective coatings, stains, and much more.
No. When using lasers to clean metal surfaces, the machine is dialed in to work only on the surface contaminant. Any laser light that hits the metal surface just reflects off.
Good question. Flash rust is a rapid form of corrosion that appears as a reddish-brown layer on metal surfaces, typically steel or iron, after cleaning. Our team applies a protective coating that safeguards the surface from exposure to moisture and the elements. This coating does not affect your ability to paint the part after the cleaning.
You can use your preferred carrier. We’ll send you detailed instructions after you request a quote, including how to safely package it.
Not always. The effectiveness of the lasers depends on a number of factors, including the condition of the part, type of surface contamination, level of corrosion, and material. We will advise you before shipping your product if we believe our lasers can safely clean your part. And, if we can't clean it to your satisfaction, we'll send it back all at no cost.
We quote projects based on size, part complexity, and level of corrosion. Since laser cleaning does not require consumables (e.g., chemicals or sand) our expense is almost entirely tied to the time it takes to clean the part. For example, a discolored fender will cost less to clean than a rusted out manifold. As part of the quoting process, we'll likely ask you to send us an image or show us a video of the part you want cleaned.
We can take shipment of your parts from anywhere. We can also jump on a call with a salvage yard to evaluate the part. If we can clean it, we'll provide instructions to their team on where to send the part.
